MY STORY
I am a Graduate Teaching Fellow in the Technical Communications department at the University of North Texas. I have an undergraduate degree in English and a graduate degree in Creative Non-fiction from UNT. For the last four years, I taught undergraduate classes in Technical Writing and World Literature at UNT.

I use my technical and creative writing skills to write and design technical documentation, grants, proposals, and contribute to UX and Usability studies.
As a graduate student in technical communication, I have honed my technical writing skills and enhanced my design skills by learning Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
You can find my published work in various literary magazines, including Barrel House, Bending Genres, Rumpus, Pithead Chapel, Anomaly, Sweet, Janus Literary and many others.

I live in Fort Worth with my husband and 17-year-old son.
